Our vision is a diverse network of mission-driven nonprofits building a healthy, vibrant, and more just community. Our theory of change provides a map for how Propel Nonprofits will make progress toward this vision, as well as grounds us in the reason we exist as an organization. Because organizations work within a larger context and system, the process of developing our theory of change also helped us to identify critical influences and assumptions. It will in turn guide our strategic planning process.
