Beth Mammenga, MBA
Beth brings over 25 years of experience in business planning, project management, and social enterprise to her role at Propel. She has led organizations through transformational growth, including launching programs, driving financial sustainability, and managing complex community partnerships.
With an MBA from Bethel University and a background in marketing and entrepreneurship from the University of Minnesota’s Carlson School of Management, Beth brings both strategic vision and hands-on operational expertise. She has founded and advised multiple social enterprises and managed statewide initiatives in food security and disability inclusion. Passionate about leveraging business tools for social good, Beth specializes in helping nonprofits and mission-driven organizations thrive.
Outside of work, Beth enjoys taking walks with her 5-year-old rescue Chiweenie, and seeing as much live music as possible.
