Dana Mach
Dana Mach serves as Propel’s Institutional Giving Manager, bringing deep experience in mission‑driven partnership building and a strong commitment to advancing equity and community well‑being. She joins Propel from the Center for Victims of Torture (CVT), where she worked since 2018, most recently as Strategic Partnerships Officer supporting global healing and human rights.
Dana holds a Bachelor of Arts in Cultural and Historical Studies from the City College of New York and a Master of Public Policy from the Humphrey School of Public Affairs at the University of Minnesota. She also served as an AmeriCorps VISTA and VISTA Leader in New York City and Minneapolis, experiences that strengthened her dedication to community engagement and systems change.
Throughout her career and volunteer work, Dana has championed issues including health, human rights, hunger, homelessness, LGBTQ rights, economic justice, and education. She brings a values‑driven approach to philanthropy and a belief in the power of strong partnerships to expand opportunity.
Outside of work, Dana loves to travel and enjoys exploring new recipes in the kitchen.
