Eric Stoebner, CPA (inactive)

Eric has worked as the Controller for Propel Nonprofits for eight years. He is an Accounting and Financial Management professional with over 30 years of experience. He is a CPA (inactive) with a B.A. Degree in Accounting from the University of Northern Iowa. Eric is especially passionate about, and truly enjoys, the opportunity to apply his wealth of nonprofit financial experiences and skills to the financial operations of a respected, mission-driven nonprofit organization. Over the course of his professional career, Eric has provided accounting and financial management services to a diverse range of Twin Cities nonprofit organizations in a wide variety of roles, including Controller, Finance/Business Manager, Senior Accountant, Consultant, Contractor, and Auditor. Eric believes his professional calling is to work with and for nonprofit organizations and to provide accurate, timely, and informative accounting and financial reports analysis.

Outside of work, Eric is an avid sports fan and enthusiast. He truly enjoys spending time in the great outdoors as a hiker, a walker, and a nature lover. Eric also has a B.S. Degree in Exercise Science from the University of Minnesota. To complement this education, Eric has a sincere practical interest in his own and the greater community’s health and wellbeing.
