Ibrahim Owolabi

With 10 undivided years of Human Resource experience, I have an extensive business and practice expertise of HR, across functional areas of talent management, talent acquisition, employee relations, HR operations and strategy, performance management, employee engagement and experience, total rewards, and organizational learning. I am skilled as an advisor on diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging to organizations while partnering talents in achieving professional success and organizational efficiency.

I hold a master’s degree in human resources management from Georgetown University, Washington D.C, and am GPHR certified by the Human Resources Certification Institute – HRCI.

I am undeniably passionate about the value of nonprofits in building a just and equitable world, and I find strong alignment in Propel’s mission and my own aspirations.
