Ingrid Dai

I am passionate about the power of nonprofits, and I love being able to apply my experience in fundraising, philanthropy, and nonprofit infrastructure in support of impactful local organizations through my work at Propel. I’m glad to be able to work alongside causes that are particularly meaningful to me, like arts and culture organizations and groups working to improve equity in my community.

I joined Propel in January 2021 and have held several roles on our Advancement and Capacity Building teams. I earned my B.A. in Economics and Music from Carleton College in Northfield, MN, and before coming to Propel I held several positions with arts nonprofits including the Minnesota Orchestra. I currently serve as a member of the board of directors and the Development Committee Chair for the Mississippi Valley Orchestra.

In my free time, I can usually be found playing the violin, taking ballet classes, or spoiling my cat, Dash.
