Ingrid Dai
I am passionate about the power of nonprofits, and I’m thrilled to be able to apply my experience in fundraising and philanthropy in support of impactful local organizations through my work at Propel. I’m glad to be able to work alongside causes that are particularly meaningful to me, like arts and culture organizations and groups working to improve equity in my community.
Before taking on the role of Capacity Building Program Manager, I spent the previous two and a half years working on Propel’s Advancement team, supporting our organization’s fundraising efforts. I earned my B.A. in Economics and Music from Carleton College in Northfield, MN, and before coming to Propel I held several positions with arts nonprofits including the Minnesota Orchestra. I currently serve as a member of the board of directors and the Development Committee Chair for the Mississippi Valley Orchestra.
In my free time, I can usually be found playing the violin, taking ballet classes, or spoiling my cat, Dash.
