With over 20 years of experience in the finance industry, I have had the pleasure of excelling in various roles, including branch management, treasury operations, and loan underwriting. My journey has been incredibly rewarding, and I am particularly passionate about empowering entrepreneurs and nonprofit leaders who have been undercapitalized, especially women and leaders of color.
I specialize in providing financial solutions that drive business growth. My dedication lies in working closely with Executive Directors to offer tailored financial solutions such as loan structuring, credit counseling, and business development strategies. It brings me immense satisfaction to help bridge financial gaps and guide clients towards achieving their business goals. This not only contributes to the economic vitality at both local and national levels but also helps underrepresented groups turn their entrepreneurial dreams into reality.
My goal is to see my clients grow in their understanding of financial analysis, team leadership, community engagement, and much more. As a strong advocate for economic empowerment, I am committed to advancing small business development and providing financial opportunities to historically underrepresented groups through CDFI initiatives.
Outside of work, I enjoy cooking, spending time with my family, and exploring new cultures through travel. And here’s a fun fact about me: in my head, Gordon Ramsey and I are besties!
