Nicolette Fleming
I joined Propel in August 2023 and quickly became an integral part of Propel’s lending team. My past experiences as an operations manager for a variety of organizations prepared me to manage complex information and processes with ease. I am excited to work with the Loan Team at Propel because the work has a tangible impact on community. Prior to Propel, I worked at Juxtaposition Arts as the Operations Associate where I streamlined the development processes and assisted in creating major events. I graduated from the University of Minnesota with a Bachelor or Arts in Art History.
Outside of work you can find me experimenting with art mediums, hanging with my dog, Francis, hiking, traveling, or reading with some matcha.
