Nicolette Fleming
Nicolette joined Propel in August 2023 and quickly became an integral part of Propel’s lending team. Her past experiences as an operations manager for a variety of organizations prepared me to manage complex information and processes with ease. She is excited to work with the Loan Team at Propel because the work has a tangible impact on the community. Prior to Propel, she worked at Juxtaposition Arts as the Operations Associate. She graduated from the University of Minnesota with a Bachelor of Arts in Art History. Outside of work you can find her traveling, experimenting with art mediums, and vegetable farming.
