Paul May-Kramer
As a capacity builder, I am passionate about fostering connections to drive practical change. I am a committed generalist and want to help people and organizations improve and confront systems.
Previously, I redesigned and developed employment programs at East Side Neighborhood Service to meet both community and market needs. In a position at Sundance Family Foundation I supported expansions of inclusive hiring and recruiting opportunities for youth serving nonprofits. I currently serve on the boards of the Autism Society of Minnesota, and the Minnesota Fringe Festival.
I study Religious Studies and Critical Theory (B.A.) at the University of Minnesota – Twin Cities, and a Master’s of Nonprofit Management (MNM) from Hamline University.
