Teresa Bettmann
Teresa is deeply inspired by the impactful work accomplished by nonprofits and the communities they serve. Her career in the nonprofit sector spans various roles in both program facilitation and nonprofit development, including leading youth leadership programs in Guatemala, managing donor relations and administrative aspects of recurring giving programs, developing institutional partnership initiatives, and serving as a lead relationship manager. She thrives on supporting others in achieving their goals and is energized by working with individuals and groups in people-centered work.
Teresa holds bachelor’s degrees in psychology and Spanish from St. Catherine University. Her academic background reflects her interest in how people learn and interact, a passion she brings to her role on the Propel Nonprofits Training Team. When she is not working, Teresa enjoys spending quality time with family and friends, indulging in tacos and ice cream, and planning her family’s next travel adventure.
