How Nonprofits Help Us Take Care of Each Other

Nonprofits are filled with problem solvers, changemakers, community builders, and advocates who work tirelessly to make the opportunities and support that I’ve had in my life accessible to everyone.  They are as varied as the businesses represented here, each answering the question: how do we take care of each other?

Four things nonprofits should consider before buying real estate

Many nonprofit organizations are having conversations about purchasing real estate, more than ever before. Whether it be the desire to have control over your space or the current market climate, nonprofits are in a unique position to hold community assets. Propel is here to be a partner through this process.

My First Months as Propel’s CEO: Advocating for Nonprofits & Access to Capital

I wanted to share a little bit about what I’ve been hearing and seeing in my conversations and travels, and introduce a little bit of the work I am doing to advocate for nonprofits in our state and region. In everything I do, I am always thinking about how we can ensure nonprofits have access to capital.
