Introducing Propel’s FY27–FY29 Strategic Plan

Henry Jiménez

We’re excited to share Propel Nonprofits’ new FY27–FY29 Strategic Plan, a shared roadmap for focus, alignment, and sustainability in a time of change for the nonprofit sector.

Nonprofits today are navigating increasing complexity, from economic uncertainty to rising community needs. This plan reflects our commitment to showing up as a more responsive partner that helps organizations navigate these challenges.

Rooted in a year of listening, learning, and collaboration with our board, staff, and community partners, the plan clarifies our priorities for the next three years. It brings greater alignment to our programs, strengthens how we invest our resources, and deepens our role as a trusted ecosystem partner.

At its core, this strategic plan is about impact. It’s about building capacity, resiliency, and recognizing the partnerships needed to support nonprofit leaders now and into the future.

Our updated Theory of Change reaffirms our belief that nonprofits play a crucial role in enhancing community well-being. To maximize their impact, they need strong and interconnected support systems, access to capital, strong leadership, and good governance.

This revision reflects a more integrated approach to how we support nonprofits. By aligning our guidance, expertise, and capital, we aim to strengthen nonprofit organizations and leaders so they can adapt, grow, and expand their impact in an evolving landscape.

Explore the full plan and see how we’re working together to fuel nonprofit impact across our region.
