At Propel Nonprofits, she leads Leaders Circles® for Greater MN executives and assists nonprofit professionals and boards in purpose clarification and effective governance. With expertise in women-led and BIPOC-centered nonprofits, Amanda holds certifications in MBTI®, IDI, and mediation. Currently pursuing an Ed.D., her research focuses on transformational leadership. A fervent advocate for women and children, she serves on various nonprofit boards and is on the strategic committee for the Alliance for Nonprofit Management. Amanda enjoys family time, poetry, cooking, and urban gardening.
