New Staff

Nicolette Fleming, Loan Fund Associate

Nicolette joined Propel in August 2023 and quickly became an integral part of Propel’s lending team. Her past experiences as an operations manager for a variety of organizations make her adept at managing complex information and processes with ease. Bio coming soon >>>

Emily Schulenberg, Advancement Associate

Emily joined Propel in October 2023, after completing a Weitz Fellowship at the Women’s Fund of Omaha. There, she had the opportunity to work in program management for the Freedom from Violence Program, which included translating program data to influence reporting and policy in Nebraska. Her research and writing skills, and ability to translate data is an asset to telling the story of Propel and the nonprofit sector. Read her bio >>>

Paul May-Kramer, Capacity Building Consultant

Paul is a familiar face around the nonprofit sector, having worked at East Side Neighborhood Service and the Sundance Family Foundation before joining Propel in November 2023. His experiences with redesigning and developing internal systems at these organizations makes him an asset to the CBI team, where he will support small, culturally led-and-serving nonprofits as they grow. Read his bio >>>

Brent Eikenhorst, IT & Data Manager

Brent started at Propel in July of 2021 and has been an integral part of making grantmaking and data reporting efficient at Propel. His promotion to IT & Data Manager is reflective of database management abilities and his willingness to tackle projects big and small. Read his bio >>>

Leah Porter, Senior Strategic Services Consultant

Leah joined Propel’s Strategic Services team in 2021, bringing with her nearly 20 years of experiences in the nonprofit sector. Her recent promotion reflects her commitment to serving nonprofit clients and her ability to walk along clients on their journeys no matter what barriers stand in their way. Read her bio >>>

Jordan Greeno, Senior Capacity Building Program Associate

Jordan’s recent promotion to Senior Capacity Building Program Associate is reflective of his leadership in creating and managing new, complex grantmaking processes, supporting the growing CBI team, and engaging thoughtfully across programs at Propel to ensure success for everyone, both internally and externally. Read his bio >>>

Ingrid Dai, Capacity Building Program Manager

Before taking on the role of Capacity Building Program Manager, Ingrid spent the two and a half years working on Propel’s Advancement team, supporting Propel’s fundraising efforts. Her love of the arts, knowledge of the nonprofit sector, and experiences as a nonprofit fundraiser and board member are essential to the CBI team. Read her bio >>>
